Who We Are

Our Facilities and Staff

Our offices are located at the Morris Center on BYU campus in Provo, Utah. This is the heart of our organization, and it's where we take care of our students and produce many of our courses. We have dozens of well-trained employees who answer phones, handle the daily mail, and help students with any questions or concerns they may have. We also have a technical support team and tutors available to help students with questions they may have concerning their courses.

Course Production

Our courses are produced here. We have instructional designers who work with certified and qualified instructors and faculty, who are currently teaching, to write our courses. Each course then goes through a thorough quality standards review and is finally edited and polished off with graphics and formatting.

Our paper courses are produced using a groundbreaking "print on demand" process, allowing us to print the course as the student requests it. This helps us save money, which enables us to pass the savings on to the students.

Programmers and artists work carefully to enhance our online courses with high-quality videos, animation, Web links, and other technology that help engage and educate.
