AP U.S. History, Part 2 explores the history of the United States from the late 1800s to the present. Topics include industrialization, America entering the world stage, World War I, the Great Depression and the New Deal, World War II, the Cold War, the turbulent 1960s, the crisis of authority in the 1970s, the Age of Reagan (1980s), and globalization. Students will practice writing essays and answering questions on core topics. This is the second course in a two-part series that prepares students to take the AP United States History exam.
