Lifetime Weight Control contains guidelines for healthy weight control, nutrition, diet, and exercise, as well as myths and facts about weight control. Students must engage in a five-week fitness program to receive credit.
Before beginning any exercise program, consult with your doctor. Participants and their legal guardians assume all responsibility and risk associated with any participation in any exercise program or related activities. You will need good exercise shoes for this course.
