Our courses work best with the following browsers, which can be downloaded for free. If your computer system is able to run the latest version of these browsers, we strongly encourage you to upgrade your browser before continuing with the course. The same applies to your Windows or Mac OS: upgrade to Windows 10 or Mac High Sierra OS if possible (as of October 2017). Due to differences between browsers and courses, some incompatibilities may occur. Different courses may use specific required software packages. The most common needed software includes:

Minimum Hardware Recommendations
The minimum hardware recommendations for computers with a WINDOWS operating system:
- CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor (or equivalent)
- RAM: 1GB of RAM
The minimum hardware recommendations for computers with a MAC operating system:
- CPU: Intel Core Duo 1.5 GHz or faster processor
- RAM: 1GB of RAM
Tablets, Smartphones, and Chromebooks
Our courses were not specifically designed to work on mobile devices or Chromebooks. However, advances in mobile technology and Chromebooks have made it possible for some devices to access our courses. If parts of a course don't work on your specific device, you will need access to a computer to complete the course.
