Why is a video not playing in your course?
- Make sure that Flash is installed on your computer and enabled in your browser. Close and then reopen the browser, and try the video again.

Many common issues are resolved by simply clearing your browser cache and cookies.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del on a PC, or Cmd + Shift + Del on a Mac.
- For Chrome: Select the option "the beginning of time".
- For Firefox: Select Everything.
- Select Cookies and Cache.
- Close all browser windows, and then reopen the video.
